We start with a short assessment of your needs, complete a thorough inspection, then get to work producing a beautiful and detailed report. Inspection services include general exterior building conditions, identifying defects and repairs, identifying storm/hail damage, or something more specialized (upon request).
A typical property inspection combines a hands-on approach with drone technology, which combines accuracy with efficiency. We love to have clients by our side when walking the property or flying a drone, although you are not required to be present.

*Any staff member flying a drone will have the FAA Part 107 license, or be under the direct supervision of a license holder.
Insurance Claims
Minnesota has a huge market for restoration contractors. While many of them are great, most do not complete the necessary work up front to understand your needs and the risks of submitting an insurance claim.
